

Gooseberry Glazed Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Tbls Dorothy's Gooseberry Jelly
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown 4 Pork chops, remove from pan & cover.
- Add above ingredients to pan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, cooking to thicken (3 mins), Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Glaze the Chops before serving.
